Mac restarting

Hello,


When starting my computer I get a pop up window that tell me that the computer needs to be robooted. I have attempted to reboot several times, but it keeps telling me to reboot.

I have already tried taking out the battery.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Dear A,

It might be that there are corrupted files causing these kind of errors and you should have the system restored to factory settings in order to have it working properly.
