Ipod shuffle wont turn on.

Hello,

i was wondering why my ipod shuffle wont turn on. When i plug it in the the usb dock charger and connect it to the computer it doesnt pop up in the itunes software program but a orange light flashes 3 times whats wrong with it? and when i take it off the charger and try turning it on it doesnt turn on at all i don't know whats wrong, can you help me?

Hi,


First, Install Itunes to your computer. Download it here. https://www.apple.com/itunes/


After installing itunes, plug in your iPod Shuffle and it will automatically repair its damage firmware.
