Failure to access the internet via a link Closed

Question

Hello, 
I cannot acces the internet via a link.
Everytime I try, I get redirected to microsoft office 2003 instead. The document looks like the webpage but is in a word document, it is also a read-only copy.

Please help...

I assume u r using internet explorer so if u r  
then open internet explorer goto tools then internet options then goto advanced tab in this u will see a reset button click it and ur settings will be done
