                    This can be a problem across the language set on. Get to the Regional and Language Options from the Control Panel and see whether it gets the particular difficulty removed. 
Yet, there might be a possibility that there are some functions assigned to the keys. Please get the Fn button disabled to see whether the keyboard works correctly then.
Nevertheless, it can also be that there is some fried parts in the circuit board and it means that you need to get it replaced.
It will be wiser to get the laptop to a Repair Shop in order to get it fixed.
