Hello,
If I am not wrong, this is a china clone. These type of phones do not have any browsing feature and this is why you are experiencing such trouble. You should already have contacted your network provider for getting its GPRS settings but you should have been told that there's no settings for it.
If it was another phone, you could have installed an internet browser on it but this phone does not even has a PC suite for transferring files to it.
This is a common problem from china phones, next time consider buying brand phones and not its clones.
