Hello,
If you have formatted your hard drive and reinstall windows , I sincerely doubt that you can recover these files.
*First you should perhaps reinstall the software used to hide these files and try to recover them back (hoping that these files are making up the 15GB)
*A silly trick but sometimes worth the pain , is to "Show hidden files"
*
*As a last resort, you can try to make use of the so-called Data recovery/restoration software (though I've never tested one myself)

Dear sprinkles thanks for ur reply. actually thing is this i have not delete this file just hide them through a software, i do as u advise me but these a tricks a useless, i hide these file by using Hide folder software. now my D drive is show 35 GB used space but it contain only 11 GB data... this the issue. i hope u ll find some thing
