Windows XP can not boot

Hello,
i have a booting problem. when i boot in safe mode the computer is booting. But when i boot in normal mode welcome screen is appear but log on screen not appear. Black screen in monitor. and keyboard & mouse not working. Pls help me out.

Your Windows HAs been Corrupted please reinstall windows and run .
