no sound on speakers- sound is headphones. Closed

Hello, 
 I have done what you asked me. No help. there is no sound . Mute is off. th ere is a sound in headphones connected in a front of my laptop. If i take them out no sound in speakers. I have installed Windows 7 64 bit. I had sound at the beginning but then I  lost sound in speakers installing some software. I think it was Skype but always had skype with no problem.  Please help 
 

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.3

Hi there,  

If you have installed some software and lost sound, please consider carrying a system restore for getting it back working correctly.
