Windows won't start when CD-ROM is connected Closed

Hello,  


when i connect cd rom cable in hard disk then win not start but when cable disconnect then system start plz send answer my e-mail id 
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

check your hdd jumper setting 

HDD shuld be master and CD rom shuld without any jumper

Windows won't start when CD-ROM is connected
