hi gud day....im having problem using my laptop mouse] ...i cannot use it if its in im using my internet ...wat should be the problems....

Hi,

Reinstall the driver of touchpad ,if by installing driver issue is not solved you need to use a usb mouse as the touchpad sensor itself may be damaged.

Also get to the Mouse settings to confirm whether it has not been disabled.
