How to setup Cognizant mail account on iPhoneSolved/Closed

Hello, 

Can any one tell me how do I set up Cognizant E-mail id on iPhone 4 ? I tried putting server name as mail.cognizant .com but getting an error saying "unable to verify account information"

sometimes the Cognizant mail servers may not be resolved - in the account settings, enter as this:
email id - <<your email id>>
server - << ping your mail server, get the IP and put it here; do NOT put https, simply enter the ip as x.x.x.x>>
domain << cts >>
username & password - << yours >>
Use SSL << ON >>

.....and now watch your mailbox fill up :-)

contact the service provider and have the correct server settings to set on your iphone.

It depends on the server where you have your email set up. If you have your email set up in India server, you would be able to configure it. 

Try server name as:
pun.mail.cognizant.com

But, if you have the email set up in the one of the US servers, it would not configure due to some issues.
