How can we accses drive between two systems

Hello,
sir, i have connect my two system by using crossover cable and i wana accses their hard drive with each other, please help me to approve this task as soon as posible, i shall be very thankful to you, if you will do so.

You right click the file or folder name in explorer and then click on "share" for each file or folder you want to share. You can NOT have a file open to BOTH computers at the same time.
