Hi,
Try removing the battery and press the power button for approximately 60 seconds,then fix back the battery and make the same steps you did for recovery ,by doing this if its not working then the recovery partition is corrupted due to the shut off of system,To fix it now boot from a windows installation dvd and format the hard drive ,after formatting boot from your recovery cd and restore it to factory default settings and the rest of the procedures you already know it as you have done it before or simply have the instructions followed on screen,
