User account file unkown

Hello, Ambucias as i was going into my computer in my c drive and users and theni find theres another user folder in there which name it Mcx1 as i did not put it there nor did my misses did but in the files i open up is nothing at all i only know i had 3 users on this computer but not 4 so i am wondering on if anyone has hacked my computer and getting information off here the only users here which should be is, April, Gerva, Cayne and Aprils and the main one the computer always has is Public.

so what do you think?

But if i try to delete it it come's up with an message saying it's an system file the file codes are 94308059B57B3142E455B38A6EB92015.

Hello Gervarod,

I would not worry about it. It is necessary file created in relation to Vista and X360.

All is well.

so it's not an worm or viruses as i was looking it up on the other net that same like mine?

No! Nothing of the sort. It is config file created in conjonction with your Xbox connection and Vista. If you ever update someday, an Mxcs2 might get created and you would then be able to delete Mxcs1. Don't try to delete, you need it.
