Can't open c and d drives

Hello,
I have a problem with my drives

when i open c drive then the error message appears as
"oykr.pif has encountered a problem and needs to close......"

When i open d drive then the error message appears as
"ykug.pif has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

please give me a solution i also tried to open by right clicking and explore,but still the same error appears
please help me.

I want to tell u that before this problem occurs i've scanned drives by Kaspersky virus removal tool.and it has disinfected 32 objects.
I think problem occurs because of this Kaspersky.
because before scan everything was normal.

please tell me soltion about this error.I'll be thankful to u.

What you are describing is a sure sign that you registry has been damaged.

As a first step to solve your problem, I strongly suggest that you restore your system to a previous date, a date prior to the problem.
