ASUS f3j, it charging but can't on help

Hello,
i really need help for this one
a little urgent
and i really appreciate for assisting me
i've asus f3j series and i can't the problem
if i connect the power cable it charging but it wont turn on
id i take off the power cable & just using the battery to on it, doesnt work

i.ve deassembly it & as i see there's nothing wrong with the hardware
im so deperate now
maybe someone in here can give me a solution about this one

i.ve been trying hold the power button for 45-60 second, take off he battery then turn it again, but that doesnt work

my laptop still can't turn on
& that make me wondering, why it still can charging but won't turn on
