No sound device

Hello,
I am using HCL infiniti pro bl 1205 desktop, and after installing XP with sp2, the sound is not enabled. Tried lot of sound drivers, no use. In device manager, PCI device and Video controller (VGA compatible) both are appearing in yellow Question marks. Please can anyone help me getting it set?

without supporing mother board cd we can't install sound /vj/lan son we get yellow sign. so serch in google your ,s bord cd with serial no. thanks

some time s virous block sound system. so we should use clean os. after instiling os.we use first sound driver. in your case both vj/sound is not instaling so i can say driver is not supporting thanks( roshan)
