Ipod Touch (w/camera 32 gb) doesnt work Closed

Hello, 
After i put the charger in for my ipod, into the laptop, it didnt turn on, and nothing popped up..i dont know what to do 
Pleeeeaaseee help me!:(

I have the same ipod, 4th generation, Same thing happened to me, hold the square (home) buttom, and the lock button on the top for 10 seconds, If that doesn't work call Apple, I have hear that there is a virus going around causing them to shut down, either or, if you didn't do anything to make it stop working all apple ipod touches have a one year factory warrant, they should replace it, I need to send mine in.
