dude dont listen to this ppl they dont know what they are saying... your system probably doesnt meet the requirements of the game. try reducing the video settings put a lower resoluting and everything on low if that doesnt fix it then upgrade w.e is not good on un pc most likely your video card. or just get a new pc.
I am having the same problem, I had my res turned all the way up, after I lowered it, it seems that it dont happen as much. It went from being unplayable to becoming a less frequent occurrence. Will be upgrading video card asap.

this may be because much of the memory is being used for the game!
upgrading your RAM should fix this!
