Hello,
My dell inspiron just shut down. I get a blue screen that says "A problem has occurred and Windows has been shut down to protect damage to your files." I try following the instructins going to normal mode and it doesnt work.

Is this a hardware problem or virus?

help.

The first poster has a virus. The second poster has either a bad hard drive or a mother board that's about to give out.
