Hello lala420,
First of all, run your antivirsus software to make sure this isn't being caused by a virus. If you don't have an antivirus program, you can use Microsoft Security Essentials for free - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/
If you don't have a virus (fingers crossed), try resetting your modem or browser and see if that helps.
If you still cannot connect to the internet try deleting your browsing history by following these steps:
Open Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Under Browsing history, click Delete.
Select the check box next to Preserve Favorites website data.
Select the check box next to Temporary Internet Files.
Select the check box next to Cookies.
Select the check box next to History.
Select the check box next to Form data.
Select the check box next to InPrivate Filtering data.
At the bottom of window, click Delete.
Close Internet Explorer, start Internet Explorer again, and then try to access the Web page.
Let us know if this fixes the issue.
Cheers,
Cassandra
