My computer is messed

Hey everyone I hope you can help me

So the last 4 days my instagram weirdly changed...

I normally use my instagram by sending dms of memes and videos to my best friends

Normally they are at the top of the list to share with them but now they have all disappeared and I have to search for them all individually.

And some of them now don't even come up with some private pages even though they are apart of that page ?

Any suggestions on how to get then back on the top of my send list.

I bought a windows vista about 2 and a half years ago and its been working fine since I got it, up until about a month ago when my hard drive crashed and I had to get it fixed. I had it returned to me in perfect condition except for one increasingly annoying problem! For some strange reason certain keys on my keyboard type in a different language! when I go to ues the question mark key I get this symbol (é) even if I press shft all I get is the same symbol in upper case (É). If I go to type the slash, bracket, colen, or any other literary symbols I get these in stead (ç,ù,é,è,à) all shift does is convert it to uppercase. I have tried everything I can think of, restoring the set...

I have windows 7 on my laptop, and I dont use it a lot, more xp kind of a man. So my kids were playing with it and somehow my keys are all messed up. When I press Fn it pops open my computer window. I camt use shift, alt, ctrl. Any of it. Tryed resetting launch manager, restoring to a date when it was working, pressing Fn+F11 and all the combinations but its not going back to previouse. When I compare on-screen keyboard layout with my keyboard its way off. Please help me, or my wife will kill me :-D

So my laptops hinge was messed up so I opened up the laptop compeltly and I fixed the hinge , I put the laptop back together and when I tried to turn it on the laptop came on but it was just a black screen, so I thought I probally loosened a wire when I opened it the first time so I opened it again to see if I could fix something , everything was pretty much perfect so I put it together again and now the laptop won't turn on at all :/. I already did the take battery out and hold power button method but still nothing :/ maybe it's the power button ribbon ?

I spilled water on my keyboard by accident and now whenever i type a letter in the top row it types a number before it.

Eg:*I hav3e t9o g9o t9o 2w9o4rk n9o2w g9o9odby3e.
Note: I already put it in rice.
