CPU running, no power to moniotr, keyboard

Hello,

I have Acer Aspire M1614 Desktop pc. Today when i turn on my PC only the cpu was running, no power coming to Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse. I have remove all the cables which is connnected and then connected again. still the same problem. then i took the RAM and i switch on my pc from the power button it gives me countinues beep. so i replaced the RAM but still the same problem. Then i replaced processor and PSU but still no hope. any help will be appreciated. please!!!!

means ,cpu fan is running but not display. first pul out ram rub with pencial rubbe rin golden strips. then chek . second put new ram to check . if not work it means there is problem in mother bord .thanks

I have rub the RAM with pencil rubber and replaced the RAM still not working

chang another ram to check.
