First of ll are you running boot camp ?
If so did you place the Leopard Disk in your windows just after installing it and add the additional drivers found on the DVD ?
If Parallels is the CD/DVD set up as real or Disk image ? see tool bar on top or set up for parallels
can not help if fusion do not know its set up but prob like Parallels it should also have the similar options.
