SMS function not working

Hello,

I have a Samsung Star mobile. All of a sudden its message function has stopped working. Whenever I click on the message option it says"Initialising" and then the window closes. I am not even able to receive any messages as well. Rest all the functions of mobile phone are working properly. Pls help.

Hi,

Your mobile phone software is corrupted which is the reason even after a factory reset the message menu is still with issues.To fix it take to a mobile phone repair center and have the needful be done or if still under warranty then take to the shop it was purchased for repairs.
