What is my email server address?

Hello,
just trying to set up outlook express for the first time. i bought an iphone and the only way (im told) to save / sync my contacts information using a pc is through outlook express. when i open outlook express it asks for my POP3 (incoming email) server address. how do i find out what my POP3 incoming email server address is?

Call your ISP (your Internet Service Provider)

my partner email address has stopped working and he cant get his emails back how do i reinstate said email.
