Greetings,
This is happening for the fact that the specific font is not compatible over Outlook and hence you will not be able to use it.

Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions
http://www.azfonts.net/load_font/arialuni.html
Enter the captcha and download the font.
2) Click on Start --> Run --> Type fonts and press Enter
[If your using windows vista or windows 7 then
Click on Start --> In search box, type fonts and press Enter]
"Fonts" window will be opened.
3) Click on "File" --> Install New Font --> Now browse to the location where
you have downloaded the font --> Select that font --> Now that font name
appears in the "List of fonts:" section --> Select that font --> Click on OK. Now
the font will be installed.
4) After copying and pasting the hindi text in your outlook it will appear as
squares --> Select all the text --> Change the font to "Arial Unicode MS".
Now hindi text should appears.
