BOOT MGR missing

Hi, tried first thing that is suggested and it does start to recover and then ask me to insert 2nd CD to continue. I lost the second CD on the airplane and don't know what to do at this point. Can't really afford new recovery CD. ANY suggestions would be so appreciated!

If you don't mind losing everything, the simplest solution is to reinstall to factory settings. Turn your computer off and hold down the 0 key on the top number row, not the keypad, and turn the computer on, as soon as you see the first screen release the 0 key. When prompted select the "out of box state" option and on the next screen choose the erase hard drive screen then it will begin the process, the whole process can take a couple of hours, maybe less. This is the only thing that would work for me, Good Luck.
