I have a 4GB Transcend Pendrive.... 
It is unable to format..... 
And after using HP USB Storage Format Tool. errors appears that the disk is write protected.... 
pleas e provide me solution... i even cannot access my pendrive...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
