The sound on my computer isnt working!

Hello,

i recently had to wipe out everything on my computer because i got a virus and i have everything set up now but the sound. i have tried downloading lots of things but nothing has worked. ive tried realtek but my computer restarted during the downloading part cause it was messed up or something. please help me cause i have been trying to fix the sound for 2 days and nothing has worked!! thanks.

Go to your computer manufacture's website, download the drivers and install it.

Or

Let us know your computer brand name and model number.

i went to the emachines website and tried to get the audio driver for my model which is T3958 and the one after it but neither worked and like i said before, my computer restarted itself because it was "harmful to the computer". nothing is working!

Extract it --> double-click on CPUZ ---> then click on "Mainboard" tab and let me know the
Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset & Southbridge.
