Vb macro to copy image from file to cell

Hello,

I have a VB issue, i have a excel sheet where i wish upon entering a number in column C (starting at row 10) a jpeg with the same name will be entered into the adjacent cell from a folder on the hard drive. I have copied some code from the internet but cannot get the code to work it is as follows:
