i found the answer but i still answers please if anybody need help here is something that can help you i think:
When you are connecting to a wireless network instead of automatically allowing your PS3 to enter its settings, manually insert the settings instead. This will fix your DNS problem 99 percent of the time. If that does not work, resetting your wireless router will do the trick. Unplug your router for 5 minutes, and plug back in to reset it.
