I would like to know how recovery my harddisk Closed

Hello, anyone 

help me please! 

I use western external harddisk 500 gb My Passport Essential ...

normally everyday am ust it ..i set secuarity ask password for use this harddisk..

everyday i use and typed same password..but just few hour ago i open it and try to put my old password same everytime but it show " password wron"
i dont know what happen and after that i try to put password is same around 4 time but it show like a " to many password and righ hand show about must to format" i click format....process format finish.....i can open my harddisk but nothing in side T_T am lost my file...

i try to download program " Recovery My file" and "R-STUDIO" and recovery my file..but am not sure this it correct way or not..and it seem like a my harddisk cant recovery data..

if someone know pls help me..let me know pls how i should to do it..

Try this 1

Click on the below link and download the file.

http://www.powerdatarecovery.com/download/pdr6free.exe

After launching the application, check the check box "I am a home user, please 

launch MiniTool Power Data Recovery Free Edition" and then click on "Launch 

Power Data Free Edition" button --> Click on "Damaged Partition Recovery" --> 

Select the formatted partition --> Click on "Full Scan", to scan the partition. It will 

try to recover the data.
