Cant download skype windows ce netbook ver 6

Hello,
Can someone help me I bought windows ce version 6 netbook and I cant seem to download skype for some reason I able to download it but then I get an error message stating that its invalid is skype compatible with windows ce version 6? Can someone give me a site where I can download I went through so many sites and I cant find one. Please respond??
