Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q701

Good Day

I have the abovementioned Toshiba.

While in the process of restoring the system to it's original factory settings (without disc), system turns automatically down. When power on again, system keeps on telling me that I need to insert windows disk and restart.

I do not have any of these disks available. Is there any oter way of retrieving the recovery files as was originally installed by Toshiba? (At this moment pc are less than worthless to me.)

Seeing that I am from South Africa, lives in a small town with about no computer facilities,I really am desperate by now, and hope you will be able to assist with this problem.
