why does my computer ask me to reboot and when i do nathink happens what am i meant to do now plz help me i miss my computer

why has my computer gone i have tryed rebooting and i did last night it came back on screen i tryed to go into my files and then it just shut down and then went into reboot what am i meant to do now plz help me
