I need help with xp

Hello,
I believe that i am having the same problem as joe, my computer is hooked up to the internet, yet it says that it cannot connect me, then, when i call the 800 number, it says that they can't help me either. But, when i go into the web site for help, I can then access the internet. I hope this makes sence. Somebody please help me.

I just got a I Touch and I cannot go on the internet with it either, I also am having problems trying to figure out how to get my cd that I ripped out of windows media player to ITunes to put on the I Touch. Any ideas out there?
