Hey There;
It is not possible that if you repair your windows some of your data can be deleted. Unless you are installing new windows and your data are in my documents folder. If you are installing upgraded windows for example if you are installing windows (XP, 2000, Vista) over older windows like (98, Me) there is a chance that some of your software might not work but it can be repair!
