cant find users in domain Closed

Question

Hello, 
 
I joined to domain server but I don't have full access for my computer.
I cant access properties of LAN and my Network Palces
Pls help me..

Can you access the domain controller?
do you have a user account?
are you a local administrator?
can you ping the server?
can you get onto the internet?
does DHCP come from the server or the router?
have you tried disabling your firewall?
