Roxio problems

Hello,

Thank you Bill Tubberville for your method of removing Roxio. I tried to apply it but couldn't make if work. The Windows (Roxo) installer keeps appearing constantly. I delete it and it reappears in no time. I then tried to reinstall it but did not succeed. I get the following messages, in this order: 1. ''Please wait while Windows configures Roxio CD and DVD Burning'' 2. ''Roxio ... Install Shield Wizard - Unable to find a certificate file''; when I click on ''OK'' (the only option offered), I get 3. ''Error 1324 - The path ZZ - Music, Videos, Pictures, PTT, Audio contains an invalid character''; when I click on ''OK'' (again the only option), the whole cycle starts all over (messages 1, 2, 3).

Does that mean that I need to get a paid uninstall program to get rid of Roxio? And if so, which uninstall program would you recommend?
