Hello,
I am able to watch videos on youtube.com and most other sites. I have no problems watching a DVD or online stream. However, I am not able to watch java videos. I just got laptop before Christmas and haven't made any changes to the hardware. When I get the option to update Java, it says installation files not available. Then it says it updated, I restart and nothing happens. I have gone to the Java site and it says I have the most current version.
Please help. Thanks!

Hi,
It's obvious to me that a graphic card driver must be updated. Even if the laptop is fresh off the shelf most often manufacturer issue driver updates, which was not done on the assembly line.
Go to you device manager and update the drivers.
Good luck

Hello,
Some Java files are probably corrupted.
I suggest you completely uninstall Java, reboot your machine and install a fresh Java copy
Good luck

Thank you for the response. I tried doing that but am still having the same problem.
https://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3532178 The video on this thread, as well as highlights from nhl.com are all green/blurry. Before I hit play, I can see the image fine but when the graphics start to move, the colors all blend together.
Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks much!
