Try this 1

Open "My Computer" --> Right-click on your pen drive and select "Properties".

Click on "Tools" tab --> Click on "Check Now" button.

In "Check Disk" window, select "Automatically fix system file error" and "Scan for

and attempt recovery of bad sectors" options and click on "Start" button.

Good Luck
this is not the solution to copy & paste the item in your pen drive my problem still there.

I have a 4GB Kingston pen drive.. My problem is When i store files in my pen drive, the files were stored.. but when i removed it and then put it back to my computer.. most of the files are lost.. The thing is i stored only 1.9GB... but the capacity of my pen drive is 4GB. Hope someone out there can help me.

Note: that i safely remove this pen drive before i removed to my system.
