Hello,
Try this 1
First check if there is any key like "Ctrl \ Windows \ Shift \ Alt" that got stuck.. Also check if there is any hot keys or sticky keys that got enabled.
Good Luck

Hello,
Seems like key got stuck in the keypad. Check once again if the "Shift \Alt \ Windows key \ Ctrl" key didn't get stuck.
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
Press that key so that it gets back to normal position or try to lift that key if it got stuck. Be careful don't apply too much force. If the keys seems to be fine then slightly lift that particular key at the ends using a pin or anything and blow the compressed air inside it and also at its sides.
Good Luck
