Hello,
Try this 1
Click on the below link and download the driver
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=WW1&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=VOS_N_1014&hidos=WLH&hidlang=en&TabIndex=&scanSupported=False&scanConsent=False
Note : Some devices may not function properly if the drivers are installed
out of order. For more information, click on the below link
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/downloads/en/driver_install_order?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~lt=print
So install the Chipset drivers first and then Audio drivers.
2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and download the file
https://download.cnet.com/s/kb888111xpsp2-exe/
Install it --> Restart your laptop --> Then try installing your audio drivers.
3) If the problem still exists then update the BIOS.
Good Luck
