try to format your drive and reinstall your os

you just enter the
last good known configuration mode
then press alt+ctrl+del to open task manager.
move up/down arrow key to select and press the tab key to highlight ur option.
then press tab to key to point it on endtask.
then enter
after closing all
chech the machine
ok
