My Dell laptop won't turn on

Hello,

It starts up I get the microsoft corporation loading bar and it loads for a really long time then goes to Dell logo screen and back to loading and goes back and forth between those two screens . It does the same thing when I tried safe mode and config from last know location... Nothing works please help

Is it still under warranty? It sounds like it could be a hardware problem.

No it's no longer under warranty

i had the same problem and i had to reboot my computer by tapping the F8 key and follow the reboot steps
