Bsnl teracom wifi modem configuration

Hello,

We have installed BSNL teracom wifi modem from June last year, but unfotunately it has never worked.

The computer detects the Modem but we are unable to connect. Kindy help

Hi,

You make me laugh mate.Its more than 6 months and nearly 1 year it never worked?Its better to get support from the network provider firstly then if still not good will provide you help .Is there at least 1 pc which can be connected to it or all unable?

Sir just do the following procedure
go 192.168.1.1
username admin
password admin
then go to configuration -->wireless network
then mac address filter--> change white-list to disabled --> apply it
then basic setting --> Select Security Option:off no encryption
apply it

Thanks a lot .. I was trying to fix this problem since long time
setting mac address filter to disable worked for me

Thanx also from my side. I had just purchased the teracom modem. I had the same problem. It was solved by your this help. Thank you very much.
