Iw3mo.exe has stopped working

iw3mo.exe has stopped working...how to fix...enable stereo mix don't work
i join in the server and after 2 min server close and iw3mp.exe has stopped working...pls help

Hi,

Try this:

press on Start, control panel >Hardware and Sound>Sound>Recording Tab
>Right Click in window, chose "Show Disabled Devices">"Stereo MIX"appeared, Right Click and choose enable followed OK
