HP Recovery disk, missing index discClosed

Question

Hello, 

I have created a set of recovery discs for my HP laptop and it completed on the 10th disc.  It keeps asking for the last disc, thinking there are 11 discs, when only 10 have completed.  How can I get those files off the discs without the index disc?

Hi,

Well the disk being inserted may be scratched,containing data or recovery partition files are damaged.Can i know the model so that i guide you to restore to factory default then recreate your recovery cd ,
