Help show images on computer

Hi
I can only see icons when I look into a folder with pictures in it. How do I make it so I can see images instead. I used to be able to but did something to change it. Thanks.

Try this 1

If you want the image display to be seen instead of icons then

In the "Menu bar", click on "View" --> Select "Thumbnails".
